ABOUT

Our two pods are situated on our hobby farm in the small rural village of Cairncastle.

On the farm we keep some sheep, rare breed pigs, chickens and donkeys.

OUR PODS

Our bespoke pods have been set up to offer a luxury glamping experience to unwind in all year round. The pods include everything you would expect from a hotel stay and more.

Relax in your own private hot tub then toast some marshmallows around the firepit.

Each pod has electric heating, wood burning stove, hot and cold running water, en-suite toilet and shower, kitchenette with a two ring ceramic hob, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle etc.

Each pod has a double bed and a double sofa bed sleeping 2 adults and 2 children (16 and under).

THINGS TO DO

For anyone not wishing to travel too far, the pods are situated less than a mile from Ballygally beach and approximately 2 miles from Cairndhu golf club and Carnfunnock country park.

2 minutes walk away within the village itself is the Meeting House pub, an excellent traditional pub offering food and live music.

We are in an ideal location being only 10 minutes drive from the port of Larne and 35 minutes drive from Belfast.

The pod site is perfect for anyone wishing to explore N.Ireland with daytrips to the various well known sightseeing attractions such as the Giants Causeway, Carrick a rede rope bridge, the Dark Hedges, the Gobbins cliff path and many more.

Terms & Conditions

1. We request that all payments are made in full on booking. Any cancellations will only be refunded if pod is able to be rebooked for the dates cancelled, in which case the full amount less a £25 administration charge will be returned.

2. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests exhibiting unacceptable or antisocial behaviour, under which circumstances no reimbursement of booking charges will be due.

3. We will not accept any liability for any damage to or loss of any personal property while on site. Any complaints must be made during the stay in order to give us the opportunity to rectify any problems; any complaints made after departure will not be accepted. We are relieved of any liability should, due to circumstances beyond our control, the pod becomes unavailable or unsuitable for letting. Any money paid will be reimbursed in full and the booking will be cancelled.

4. We reserve the right to levy a cleaning charge if the pod/hot tub are left in a particularly poor condition.

5. The pods are strictly non-smoking & no pets are allowed. Any evidence to suggest that there has been smoking in the pod will lead to additional cleaning charges.

6. The pods are cleaned and all linen and towels are changed between lettings, and weekly for longer letting periods.

7. Hot tub do's and don'ts provided in information booklet must be read and adhered to.

8. We ask that any noise outside of the pod i.e. music playing, has ended by 10.30pm, this is to ensure all guests on site can expect a quiet and relaxing evening.
